ஆசிரியர்கள் பணியிடமாறுதல் கலந்தாய்வு வெளிப்படை தன்மையுடன் நடக்கிறது என அமைச்சர் செங்கோட்டையன் கூறியுள்ளார். மாணவர்கள் குற்றச்செயல்களில் ஈடுபடுவதை தடுக்கும் வகையில் கல்வியுடன் ஒழுக்கமும் கற்பிக்கப்படுகிறது என்றும், இலவச பஸ்பாஸ் உடனடியாக கிடைக்க போக்குவரத்துதுறை அமைச்சர் மூலம் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் என்றும் அவர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
This time in counselling the places are not hided. All vacant places are open.Very nice. If we have state seniority for elementary also it will be good.Even if we complete B.ed earlier the teachers who complete recently got promotion because they come seniors in station .so those who complete earlier does not get promotion.for this we need to have B.ed completed date seniority or state seniority for secondary grade teachers.
